Seerx Technologies Inc. was established in 1999 to address the need for quality service companies that could meet the Information Technology needs of small and medium sized businesses (SMB), who could neither afford nor needed a full time IT staff member.  At the same time, the advent of high speed Internet in both commercial and residential establishments, made the vision and creation of Seerx possible.

Seerx started operations providing service to Shaw Cable Systems by assisting with installation of over 5000 high speed Internet customers and  a project exchanging over 10,000 cable modems for residential and business customers.  Seerx's focus moved from contracts with service providers towards servicing the SMB market.
